Kitchen King Masala

Coriander, Cumin, Caraway, Red Chilli, Fennel, Poppy Seeds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Mustard, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Mace, Garlic, Dried Mango Powder, Bengal Gram, Black Gram, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Star Anise, Salt

Shahi Paneer Recipe:

Heat 4tbsp cooking oil in a pan, add 2tsp cumin seeds, 2 chopped onions, 1.5tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute till onions turn golden brown. Add 4tbsp Agara Kitchen King Masala mixed with 1 cup of curd. Cook till oil emerges in sides. Add cashews, 4 cut tomatoes, 0.5 cup water and cook for 5 minutes. Add 20g butter and turn the heat off. Churn the mix with a blender. Mix 0.5tsp of Agara Chilli Powder, required salt and 2tbsp yoghurt cream. Add 300g of paneer cubes and cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
