Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry sliced onions, garlic paste for few minutes. Add 500g mutton pieces, Agara Mutton Masala and saute it. Add required water, salt, chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup coconut paste/ curd in it and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce the steam once oil separates. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Recipe: Cut 5-6 boiled eggs into pieces. Saute 3 chopped onions in 3 tbsp of edible oil until it turns golden brown. Add 3 chopped tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes. Add 5tbsp of Agara Egg Curry Masala. Add water and cook it until oil separates. Add the cut egg pieces and 1 cup coconut paste. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.

Cut 500g of fish into pieces. Rub with lemon juice, salt and set aside for 30 minutes. Wash the fish pieces and drain water. Heat 6tbsp of oil in a separate pan and fry the pieces on low heat for 5 minutes and keep aside after draining. Heat 4tbsp oil, add 3tbsp of Agara Fish Curry Masala, 1 cup water, 2tbsp tamarind pulp, 3 crushed tomatoes and keep stirring till it boils. Add the fried fish pieces and simmer for another 5 minutes to reach required consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Recipe: Marinate chicken pieces in chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and a little for 20 minutes. Keep it separate. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion/ ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes & green chilli. Cook well till the oil separates. Add the marinated chicken pieces along with 2 tbsp Agara Chicken Masala. Cook till chicken pieces become soft and juicy. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy it.

Store it in an airtight container. Use only dry spoons.
