Mutton Masala

Coriander, Chilli, Garlic, Black Pepper, Clove, Cardamom, Fennel, Poppy Seeds, Cumin, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Bayleaf, Mace, Fenugreek leaf, Salt

1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry sliced onions, garlic paste for few minutes.

2. Add 500g mutton pieces, Agara Mutton Masala and saute it.

3. Add required water, salt, chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add 1/2 cup coconut paste/ curd in it and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce the steam once oil separates. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Store it in an airtight container. Use only dry spoons.
